Rental Term and Conditions:

1. Rental Period: Equipment must be returned by the agreed end date. Late returns incur additional daily charges.

2. Equipment Condition: All items are inspected before rental. You are responsible for returning items in the same condition.

3. Damage Policy: Normal wear is expected. Excessive damage or loss will result in replacement charges.

4. Safety: All equipment meets current safety standards. Please inspect items upon delivery and report any concerns immediately. Customer acknowledges the risk of any baby gear carries inherent risks, including injury or death. Customer assumes all risks.

5. Liability: Renter assumes responsibility for proper use and supervision of all equipment. By renting equipment from Roaring Fork Family Rentals, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.

6. Car Seat Disclaimer (if renting a car seat): Customer acknowledges that proper installation is their responsibility. RFFR does NOT gurantee correct installation. Customer is encouraged to have installation checked by a certified technician.

7. Customer Responsibility: Use all equipment in safe and proper manner. Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions. Ensure proper supervision of child at all times. Inspect equipment upon delivery and notify RFFR of any concerns.

8. Cancellation: Plans change, a 48 hr notice to RFFR is required prior to reservation start date. Cancellation without prior notice will be charged the full amount.
